General Information:

train station, right opposite Hotel Walhalla.

Individual Trips Details:
This excursion takes you to central Switzerland.
Travel to Lucerne by coach with guide.
At the pier you will continue the journey independently.
Embark on a very pleasant cruise on Lake Lucerne to Kehrsiten-Bürgenstock.
Disembark and take the nostalgic funicular railway up to Bürgenstock (3,000
feet). Enjoy an unforgettable panoramic view of the majestic world of the
Alps and over
Lake Lucerne.
Bürgenstock is an idyllic spot perfect for a stroll.
Return by funicular and boat to Lucerne where you will have approx. 1 hour
before you return to Zurich by coach with your guide.
An excursion to the ever popular summer and winter resort
in the heart of central Switzerland, Engelberg (Angel Mountain). It was
originally founded by the Benedictines and the imposing monastery dominates
the center
of the village.
The Baroque style monastery church, which houses the largest organ in Switzerland,
is open for visits to the public. Enjoy a 2-3 hour independent stay in
this lovely mountain village to relax or stroll.
Return by coach via Lucerne (some time at leisure) to Zurich.
Mt. Pilatus - Golden Round Trip
Travel to Kriens by coach with guide.
This is the starting point for the "Golden Roundtrip".
You will then independently take the panoramic gondola and aerial cable car
to reach the top of Mt. Pilatus (7000 feet). Enjoy the magnificent view
of the Alps and lake.
Several restaurants and a large sun terrace await you.
Experience the descent to Alpnachstad on the steepest cogwheel railway in
the world. Continue by boat on Lake Lucerne to Lucerne.
Here you will have some time at your leisure before meeting your guide and
returning to Zurich by coach.
Heidi's world is not only a children's fairy-tale, it really exists!
After a tour of Zurich we follow the lake to Rapperswil and visit the picturesque Old Town and
its medieval castle - time at leisure.
Then after crossing the Ricken Pass with its panoramic views of the Alps we reach the
lovely Toggenberg region with the most picturesque scenery of green hills and valleys.
In Vaduz, the capital of the tiny Principality of Liechtenstein you will have time at leisure.
See the settings of Heidi's story in the Maifenfeld area.
In the summer months we can visit Heidi's village.
A pleasant short walk leads to a collection of typical mountain houses, a
village shop, and of course lots of little goats. Entry into the authentic Heidi
House is optional.
During winter months we shall have instead a visit (photo stop) to the pretty
old village of Werdenberg. Our trip back to Zurich along Lake Walen is guarded
by the impressive Churfisten mountain-range.
Jungfraujoch Top of Europe
An unforgettable alpine tour to the majestic world of
the Jungfraujoch, the top of Europe at 3,454 m /11,333 ft. A scenic coach
tour takes us to the magnificent mountain world of the Bernese Oberland. After
a short interlude in Interlaken, we reach Lauterbrunnen to board the cogwheel
train for most interesting mountain train trip via Kleine Scheidegg at the
foot of the famous Eiger North Face to Jungfraujoch - Europe's highest railway
station. Enjoy the incredible world of eternal snow and ice. Visit the Ice
Palace and experience the breathtaking panorama view from the Sphinx Observation
Terrace overlooking the Aletsch Glacier (Europe's longest glacier) and the
snow-capped peaks of the neighbouring countries. The down hill mountain trip
takes us to Grindelwald where our coach awaits us for the return to Zurich.
Arrive in Zurich at approx. 8pm.

your, at the lake piers you will board a modern lake cruise ship for an
unaccompanied 1.5 hour cruise on Lake Zurich. Relax on board while passing
pretty lakeside willages, picturesque villages snuggling at the foot of
vineyard-clad hills, numerous swimming areas and stately villas. Enjoy
the fresh lake air ad the gorgeous views of the city in one direction and
the snow-covered Glarner mountains in the other.
This tour begins with a pleasant ride to the city of Lucerne.
After a short panoramic tour of the town, you will proceed to a typical Old
Town Restaurant where traditional Swiss dishes will be served. You will start
with a cheese Fondue, followed by a hearty Bratwurst, which is a veal sausage,
and Rosti-potatoes. A delicious dessert will be served later. During lunch
you will be entertained with yodelling, singing, Alp horn-blowing and flag-throwing.
The meal and program lasts about two hours. The afternoon is yours to explore
Lucerne on your own.
Zurich Trolley Experience

Commentary is provided by state-of-the-art headset and you can choose

In 2 hours we will take you through our beautiful city and show you the business
and financial center, Bahnhofstrasse, the most important museums, a section

Uetliberg - Top of Zurich. At 871 meters (2613 ft) above sea level, Uetliberg
towers over the roofs of Zurich.
It offers magnificent views extending over the town and across the lake all
the way to the Alps. From the top of the summit's 30 m (100 ft) viewing tower,
which boosts your altitude to 900 m (2700 ft) enjoy a terrific 360-degree
view. Only after seeing all of this can you really say you've been to Zurich!
Cityrama - The Great
Tour of Zurich
This tour shows you the most interesting sights
of Zurich and its surroundings. We start with a guided city tour of
Zurich and show you the commercial centre, a section of the Old Town,
Fraumünster Church with its famous Chagall windows, historical
Limmatquai and the university district. Along the Höhenstrasse
that offers spectacular views into the Alps, we drive to Rapperswil,
called the 'City of Roses'. The charming little town of Rapperswil
offers unique attractions for visitors - the Rose Gardens, the Castle,
the deer park on the Lindenhof and the picturesque Old Town. After
a short guided walking tour and some time at leisure in Rapperswil,
enjoy a 2-hour cruise on the Lake of Zurich (unescorted). On board
you will find a restaurant. First possible boat back is scheduled to
arrive at 3.15 p.m. at Zurich Bürkliplatz Pier.
A pleasant ride over Albis-Pass and along the Lake
of Lucerne takes you to the city of Lucerne. After a short panoramic
tour of the town, the afternoon (approx. 5 hours) is all yours... Lucerne
offers a wide range of attractions for everybody. The list is impressive:
the Old Town, the famous Chapel Bridge, the Lion Monument, the City
Train – the new attraction. In addition there’s the Lake
promenade, Europe’s largest Transport Museum, the IMAX film theatre,
and the Picasso Museum. You won’t run out of places to visit!
Meet your guide in the late afternoon for the return coach journey
to Zurich.
Mt. Titlis -
Glacier Paradise Tour
An adventure excursion to the highest vantage point
in Central Switzerland. A pleasant ride with our deluxe motor coach
takes you to the mountain resort of Engelberg in Central Switzerland,
where you will board the aerial cableway for a 45 minute journey from
the green valley bottom to the high alpine glacier region at 3020 m/10000
ft which guarantees snow the whole year round. Enjoy a magnificent
ride in the world's first ever revolving 'ROTAIR' gondola, which offers
a 360° panoramic view into the Alps. Visit the Ice Grotto, experience
the new 'Ice Flyer' - chair lift ride over the glacier with fantastic
views into crevasses and ice falls and enjoy a snow slide on the 'Fun
lift'. (These activities are included in our tour). After the descent
to Engelberg we board our coach for a drive to Lucerne, time at leisure
(approx. 1 hour) for sightseeing and shopping before the coach takes
you back to Zurich.
Eiger - Jungfrau
Glacier Panorama View - Kleine Scheidegg
This excursion starts with a comfortable ride in
a modern deluxe coach on scenic routes to the most enchanting alpine
world of the Bernese Oberland. From Lauterbrunnen take the Wengernalp
rack railway for a 45-minute trip up through idyllic alpine meadows
and forests to the little village of Wengen, and then further on up
to Kleine Scheidegg (2061 m / 6762 ft). Here you will find yourself
in front of the most magnificent mountain backdrop of Mt Eiger, Mönch
and Jungfrau. The imposing Eiger North Face is so close you could almost
touch it. Time for lunch, relaxing or hiking on the well-signed hiking
trails for all levels of competence. The unaccompanied trip back down
to the valley follows the north-west slopes of the Eiger to the famous
resort of Grindelwald. (During the winter season the tour is fully
guided as well as the down hill train ride to Grindelwald). Late afternoon
departure to Zurich by coach with guide. Arrival in Zurich at approx.
8pm.
An excursion to one of Switzerland's most magnificent
Alpine regions. The guided coach tour takes you on scenic routes to
Interlaken at the foot of the snow-covered Alps of the Bernese Oberland.
After some leisure time in Interlaken, the coach takes you to the well-known
holiday resort of Grindelwald, which is nick named the 'Glacier Village'.
You will have enough time to explore this region on your own. An optional
cable car ride (operates only May 15 - October 24, 2005) to the sunny
terrace of 'Mt. First' (2168m / 7113 ft) is recommended - for a breathtaking
panorama of the Bernese Alps. In the late afternoon meet your guide
and take the coach for the return journey to Zurich. Arrive in Zurich
at approx. 8pm.
