Itinerary

Day 1 Arrive Lucerne
Arrival in Lucerne by train 1st class from Swiss border or any Swiss airport. Overnight in Lucerne.

Day 2 Lucerne
Full day at leisure. We recommend an optional excursion to one of the following mountain tops:

  • Mount Titlis
    – Titlis Rotair, Ice Flyer Chairlift, Glacier Park & Cave
  • Mount Pilatus – the golden round trip
  • Mount Rigi – Queen of the mountains
    Overnight in Lucerne. (B)

Day 3 Lucerne - Interlaken
From Lucerne over the Brünig Pass to Interlaken by GoldenPass train Panoramic Brünig. Overnight in Interlaken. (B)

Day 4 Interlaken
Full day at leisure. We suggest an excursion to the Jungfraujoch the highest train station in Europe (Top of Europe). Impressive views of snow-capped peaks and the Aletsch Glacier, which extends for 22 km and is the longest glacier in the Alps.
Overnight in Interlaken. (B)

Day 5 Interlaken - Montreux
Travel by train to Zweisimmen (by Golden-Pass Panoramic BLS train). Change to the GoldenPass Panoramic MOB train for the rest of the memorable trip to Montreux.
Overnight in Montreux. (B)

Day 6 Depart Montreux
Depart Montreux for Swiss border or airport or alternatively continue your stay in Switzerland. (B)
