Itinerary

Day 1 Interlaken
Travel by rail in 1st class from any Swiss border or airport rail station to Interlaken. Overnight in Interlaken.

Day 2 Jungfraujoch Excursion
After breakfast, travel by train to the Kleine Scheidegg for views of the North Wall of the Eiger. Continue on the Jungfrau Railway to the Jungfraujoch, at 3454m, for views of the Aletsch Glacier. Return by train to Interlaken. Overnight in Interlaken. (B)

Day 3 Interlaken - Lucerne
Today, travel in a panoramic car of the Brünig Express from Interlaken to Lucerne. Overnight in Lucerne. (B)

Day 4 Mt. Pilatus Excursion
Take a cruise on Lake Lucerne to Alpnachstad, then board the world’s steepest cogwheel railway to the summit of Mt Pilatus, at 2132m, for breath-taking views of the surrounding peaks (May/Jun - Nov), during winter you take the bus from Lucerne to Kriens and further with a panoramic gondola from Kriens to Pilatus.
Overnight in Lucerne. (B)

Day 5 Depart Lucerne
After breakfast, depart Lucerne by rail to Swiss border or airport rail station or extend your stay in Switzerland. (B)
